Celebrating Tpas National Involvement Week
It’s Tpas National Involvement Week 2024, which is all about highlighting and celebrating different forms of resident, tenant, and customer-led involvement. And it just so happens to land on the first birthday of the Tenant INfluencer Hub!
Listening and acting on your feedback remains a focus, and along with continuing to develop our INfluencer Network, a year ago we launched the INfluencer Hub. The aim of this online, interactive space was to provide you with more opportunities to get involved and influence key decisions from the comfort of your home. The first year has been hugely successful and so far we’ve:
- Welcomed 399 new members to the Tenant INfluencer Hub
- Held 16 in-person events (so far this year)
- Received over 150 event RSVPs
- Had 4,527 Hub visits
As part of our INfluencer Network, we now have 56 regularly involved customers who help shape our services. Group INfluencer, Pauline, joined the INfluencer Network as she wanted to make positive changes to her community.
“I’m my husband's carer, so being an INfluencer has given me a way of getting out and meeting new people” she said. “I really feel that my opinions are listened to, and my involvement is valued.”
Additionally, this year we’ve formed a Customer Committee who will help scrutinise and influence our decisions to ensure we’re doing what’s best for you.
Providing opportunities for you to have a clear voice is really important to us. Thank you to everyone who’s contributed so far, and we look forward to hearing more from you as the Network develops further!
