Flagship Homes, in partnership with award-winning house builder Bennett Homes, is celebrating completing the construction of 13 affordable homes at The Cricketers in Swardeston.

 

The site features a range of high specification, energy efficient homes, with one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom bungalows and two and three bedroom houses, providing options for a wide range of customers.

 

Three of the homes are available on Shared Equity basis, at 75% of the property value. They then have the option, after five years, to buy the remaining 25% equity share in line with market value at the time.

 

Adam Bell, Development Director at Bennett Homes said: “We are delighted to have completed our affordable homes at The Cricketers and been able to hand over the keys to Flagship Homes with whom we have worked for several years on a number of our developments.

 

“These include our three Shared Equity properties which have proved popular with buyers and only one – a three bedroom Roudham house-type – remains for sale.”

Flagship Homes is part of Flagship Group and provides new homes for affordable rent through each of the Group’s three housing associations – Newtide Homes, Samphire Homes and Victory Homes.

 

The new homes at The Cricketers will be managed by Victory Homes, who welcomed their new tenants on the day.
