Christmas and New Year opening hours

Somehow, Christmas is nearly here! If you need to chat with us about anything related to your tenancy over festive period, you can find our opening hours below. We'll be operating a reduced service until Thursday 2 January, but remember you can still call us during the holidays if you have an urgent or emergency repair! Normal hours will resume on Thursday 2nd January.

Monday 23 December – 8am - 6pm

Tuesday 24 December – 8am - 3pm

Wednesday 25 December – closed

Thursday 26 December - closed

Friday 27 December – closed

Monday 30 December – 8am - 6pm

Tuesday 31 December -  8am - 6pm

Wednesday 1 January – closed

Reasonable adjustments

We are dedicated to meeting your needs, making adjustments to our service where reasonably practicable for disabled tenants or other groups who may need additional support to access our services.

Our adjustment can be things like providing written communication in another language, allowing more time for you to come to the door when we visit and many more. You can find out a bit more about adjustments by viewing our policy here.

We're here for you

The safety and wellbeing of our tenants and staff is a priority and we’re here to support you in any way we can. Our staff will always treat you with kindness and respect, and they expect the same in return. Any form of abuse or intimidating behaviour towards our staff or contractors will not be tolerated.  

Our offices

Our former office in North Walsham is now closed. Our new address is Michael Chaplin House, Station Road, Dereham, NR19 1DA.
