Please note that Victory tenants are given priority over private applications. A garage will not be offered to Victory tenants whilst there are arrears on their rent account.
Victory tenant rent charges will only apply when renting garages within the vicinity of where you live (village or town). Subsequent garages and those outside of the vicinity where you live will be charged at the higher Victory tenant rate including VAT. Private non-tenant garages are charged at the non-Victory tenant rate including VAT for all licences held.
Our garages are not deemed watertight buildings and are primarily suitable for vehicle storage. We do not recommend use for general storage and cannot be held. liable for damage to any property.
