If you're entitled to rent free weeks, please be aware that your balance may not be correct. This is due to technical issues that we're working on and hope to resolve as soon as we can. Sorry for an inconvenience caused.

Checking your balance

If your account is showing as in credit, that's great news! Thanks for keeping your account up to date. 

We'll always ask for payment in advance of rent being charged which will mean at times your account may show as being in credit.

It can take up to one working day for your balance to update so if you've recently made a payment, you may not see this immediately reflected in your account balance.
