Flagship Services work in partnership with selected contractors to ensure repairs are carried out as efficiently as possible. Below are a list of the main contractors we work with, for bespoke work we may work with others. If you want to check whether we have contracted another supplier don't hesitate to contact us.
Video footage of repairs
To help Flagship Services complete your repair as quickly as possible, when you report a repair the call handler may suggest starting a video call to capture footage of the problem.
If you’re happy to do this, you’ll receive a text message with a link that you’ll need to click to begin the recording. The call handler will be able to pause and annotate the images, and this footage will then be used to help Flagship Services understand the problem and ensure they send out the right person for the job.
Permissions
Throughout your tenancy, there are bound to be things you’ll want to change, replace or remove.
